Jeff could not be more wrong if he devised a perfect plan to be wrong and executed it flawlessly, which he did. A dark cloud descended on Nashville when Mayor Barry started her sordid affair. It collected shame for months before she admitted the affair, and then it rained that shame down on Nashville for weeks while she defied the shame and clung to power. When she pleaded guilty to criminal wrongdoing and resigned from office, only then did the sun once again shine brightly on the future of Nashville, and maybe of Megan Barry. It is decidedly NOT a sad day for Nashville. It is a glorious day for Nashville.

Megan Barry was bad for Nashville. We rest of the bad apple in city need to be gone also.
